4. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the applicable region. All bills submitted must be current and valid.

7. Program Participation Terms
Participation in the New Jerusalem Ferris Wheel program is voluntary. Weekly contributions support the structure and administration of the program but do not guarantee selection, payout, or bill payment in any cycle.
Members must maintain accurate account details, submit verifiable bills, complete required weekly steps, and follow all active program guidelines.
8. Eligibility and Selection
Members become eligible only after completing the required steps for the active cycle, including bill approval, weekly trivia, tier confirmation, and verified deposit. Each bucket runs its own drawing using a hybrid weighted random model.
9. Bill Caps, Payouts, and Cooldown
Approved bills must remain within the cap allowed for the member’s selected bucket. Winning members may receive payment of their full approved bill amount up to the applicable cap until the available payout pool for that bucket is exhausted.
Members who receive a payout enter a cooldown period before becoming eligible for another selection.
10. Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Administrative Action
The platform reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove participation where false information, unauthorized bills, false deposit claims, duplicate accounts, or other misuse is suspected.
11. Governing Program Documents
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Program Rules. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those documents and any clearly communicated updates.
